Sunrise Mermaid

Inspiration
"As the sun rises and clears the mist, the vision of a mermaid appears!"
The first mermaid hat I designed was the "Star-Struck Mermaid". That was such fun, I wanted to try it in another colorway. This time she's rising out of the mist and the morning sunshine is glinting off her golden crown.
