Papa's Hunting Cap

Inspiration
The Houndstooth design has always been a popular one, and is pretty in many color combinations. When I charted this design, I originally pictured it in black and white, but when I cast on, I just had to use red. When the hat was finished, I realized that rather than the fashion runway, it made me think of my dad, all dressed up in "Buffalo Plaid" to go deer hunting!
