Inspiration
Lobster is considered the "King of Seafood", and the fishing industry in Maine is second only to the timber industry. Therefore, Maine lobster is more than just a delicious entree, it's how multiple family generations have made a living for decades.Lobsters love the Maine coast. Maine's cold, water and rocky bottom provides an ideal habitat for these red clawed crustaceans.For many people, it just isn’t summer without a trip to the local lobster shack for a casual meal overlooking the Atlantic ocean.Lobsters, with the rocks and seaweed of their home provide the inspiration for this design.
