Therefore, Maine lobster is more than just a delicious entree, it's how multiple family generations have made a living for decades.Lobsters love the Maine coast. Maine's cold, clean water and rocky bottom provides an ideal habitat for these red clawed crustaceans. For many people, it just isn’t summer without a trip to the local lobster shack for a casual meal overlooking the Atlantic ocean.Lobsters, and the associated lobster trap buoys, provide the inspiration for this colorful hat.
